While the use of green tea is still being closely studied as a cancer prevention tool, most scientists agree that it is a good source of antioxidants. In addition, it is thought to provide healthy stimulation for human immune systems, helping them to become stronger and more able to ward off disease. 

For men who want to reduce their risk of contracting prostrate cancer, switching from coffee or black tea to green tea may be an excellent plan.

Stay on top of the situation with regular screenings

Like other types of cancer, the odds of curing prostrate cancer are best when the disease is caught early with regular screenings.
