Diet And Rest Is Key

Your diet is also important. Eat a protein-rich diet, since protein is the basic building block of new skin. Vegetables and fruits are also an important element of a healthy diet and will give your body the vitamins and nutrients it needs.

Perhaps the most important thing for you to do is get adequate rest, which will help your body naturally heal and allow you to recover more quickly.
